What We Do

Smiths Do Build specialises in renovations and new builds, with an extensive understanding of new products to work with you on your building journey.

New Builds

Your home taken from concept to creation. Planning, selections and construction are handled by one team, removing the need to juggle multiple contractors and keeping your build on track from the first conversation to the day you get your keys.

Renovations

Extensions, reconfigurations and full interior rebuilds, carried out carefully around occupied homes. We work to a clear programme so disruption stays manageable and the result feels like a home, not a workaround.

Design, Planning & Consent

Help getting ideas drawn up, priced and through council. We provide hands-on guidance on materials and finishes so you make confident decisions early, not expensive ones later.

Subcontractor Management

Trades booked, sequenced and kept to programme. Craig is your one point of contact throughout, so nothing falls between the cracks and you're never left chasing answers from multiple parties.
